For mains, the Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api is smoked beef in a hot turmeric coconut gravy, and the Kambing Gulai Kawah is mutton curry in the style cooked in a big kawah pot for kampung feasts. From the sea, try Siakap Kari Nyonya (barramundi in Nyonya curry) or Udang Sambal. Finish with Apam Gula Hangus, a burnt sugar steamed cake served with ice cream.
